Rooms are bright and clean, with a new and perfect bathroom. The breakfast offers a full spread that you can enjoy on a small interior terrace.
Wi-Fi connectivity lacks reliability, resulting in repeated upgrades to my eSIM package. The shower in my room was small.

A huge variety of options for breakfast in the terrace. Central location, within easy walking distance of a national monument.

Marvellous and stunning location just next door to many main attractions and shopping districts and many other famous sites in Rome and bus station, only 5 minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna.

The location was EXCELLENT, not far from all important monuments, Piazza de Spagna, and the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Patheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popollo and the Vatican City and Castell S'Angelo were around 20-30 minutes on foot away. Spagna district was worth staying in.
Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were kind of rude.

The location is clearly the best part, but i honestly expected a room upgrade given all the 'special' treatment i read about. The air conditioning didn't work well at all, and the towels weren't changed even once! Almost gave it a good review, but such oversight really ruins the experience.

The surprise birthday decorations made my stay special, and the location allowed us to easily walk to major attractions. Roberto's assistance with transportation was nice.

Location
Although the location was perfect for sightseeing, the size and the comfort of the room was very poor. My room seemed to be transformed from a corridor with the size of 1.60m wide and 6.00m long. The shower cabin was too small to take shower. No wonder there was no photo of the rooms at the web site...

too small for the price. the space is lacking everywhere.+ they give you a room on hte 3rd floor and the lift only goes to the 2nd floor and there is no one to help !!????
really lacking space everywhere.... you are squashed even whilst trying to have your breakfast.... rooms should be much cheaper considering the lack of luxury available to really relax.
